How it works

  • Who is the training for? Identify whether you require training for an individual, a specific team or for all levels of your business.
  • How long should the programme last? One day up to a week-long residential.
  • Is this a progressive scheme? Programmes can have multiple stages.
  • Would you like to achieve a qualification? Take your leadership skills training to the next level and complete an ILM leadership qualification.
  • What are the key business challenges? We will work with you to identify the key challenges your business faces.
  • As a result we suggest a bespoke leadership skills training programme with activities carefully chosen to ensure the skills that you learn are relevant to your specific training objectives.

Our corporate Leadership Skills Training Programmes are based around a series of modules which we draw upon, depending on the answers you give to our questionnaire and the conversations we have about your objectives. The activities we do within these modules will help draw out potential leadership qualities and identify areas for personal development as well as to aid you to spot the managers of the future or develop your current management team in line with your business vision.

Learning outcomes

Learning outcomes

We always ensure the programme outcomes are measureable against your objectives and as such on completion of the corporate Leadership Skills Training Programme we present you with comprehensive feedback and evaluation reports. We work on a reflective learning model so our facilitators encourage participants to consider and reflect upon their behaviour at various points in the training. The level of detail and what is being captured will be worked out with you in advance of the training commencing. They will then ensure these areas are being monitored and assessed throughout. Participants will leave the programme with a firm understanding of the leadership skills they need in order to inspire, motive and lead a team, as well as having had the opportunity to apply that learning in real situations.
